Refund policy
Digital Products - No Refunds Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have received your download links and accessed the beat files and license PDF, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Why No Refunds? Digital products cannot be "returned" as they are instantly delivered and accessible. Once downloaded, the files are in your possession and cannot be retrieved.
Before You Purchase
- Make sure to review the beat preview carefully before purchasing
- Choose the correct license type for your intended use
- Verify that the beat fits your project needs
Technical Issues Only I will only consider refund requests in the following exceptional cases:
- The download link is broken or non-functional
- The audio file is corrupted or unplayable
- You were charged twice for the same order
- You did not receive the license PDF
How to Report Technical Issues If you experience a genuine technical problem, contact me immediately at lilroldynga@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the technical issue
- Screenshots if applicable
I will first attempt to resolve the issue by resending the files or providing technical support. Refunds will only be issued if the problem cannot be resolved.
No Refunds For
- Change of mind
- Creative differences
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect license purchase (please choose carefully)
